  <Accordion title="The token says it's invalid — what happened?">
    Tokens die in a few hours. Use the Netscape cookie we sent. Follow [cookie login](/login/cookies). A dead token is not a replacement.

  <Accordion title="The cookie doesn't log in — can I get a replacement?">
    No. Replacements cover bans only, not a dead cookie. Test the alt as soon as you get it.

  <Accordion title="Can I use these alts on 1.12+, 1.16, 1.20, 1.21?">
    Yes. SchubiAuthV2 is 1.8.9 only, but [TokenLogin on Fabric](/login/tokens) covers modern versions, and [cookie login](/login/cookies) works on every Minecraft version ever made.

  <Accordion title="How long do I have to replace a banned alt?">
    One hour from delivery. After that the Replace button disappears. Test the alt on your target server immediately.

  <Accordion title="Do these alts work on DonutSMP?">
    Only if you bought the **Donut Unbanned** category. Other categories may or may not be banned on Donut — no guarantee.

  <Accordion title="What payment methods are accepted?">
    Whatever our [storefront](https://mogalts.mysellauth.com) supports — typically cards and crypto. Credits are added by redeeming the code you receive after purchase.

  <Accordion title="Is logging into someone else's Microsoft account safe for me?">
    Yes — you're authenticating as the alt account, not yours. Your own Microsoft session is untouched. That said, never paste *your own* tokens into anything you don't trust.

  <Accordion title="The alt's username looks different from what I expected">
    Expected. The `[name]` prefix reflects the current in-game username — Microsoft accounts can change Minecraft names every 30 days. You can rename the alt yourself through minecraft.net once logged in.

  <Accordion title="Can I use the alt on multiple PCs at once?">
    Technically yes but sessions will fight for ownership. Stick to one active session at a time per alt.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="I bought credits but they're not showing">
    Redeem the code at [Dashboard → Wallet](https://mogalts.win/dashboard). Credits don't auto-load from the storefront — you have to enter the code.
