# Introduction

> Everything you need to know about MOG Alts

## Overview

MOG Alts is a credits-based Minecraft alt shop. You buy credits, spend them on an alt from one of three categories, and get a Netscape cookie file. Import it and you're logged in. We do not send email:password.

Every alt comes with a **1-hour replacement window**. If the alt is banned on the category you bought it for within that hour, you click Replace and get a fresh one automatically — no ticket, no DM.

## How It Works
