# Full Credentials Login

> Log in with email, password, and 2FA secret key

You received full credentials including a 2FA secret key. Here's how to use them.

## What You Have

| Field              | What It Is                                                                   |
| ------------------ | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Email**          | The account's login email                                                    |
| **Password**       | The account password                                                         |
| **Recovery Code**  | Emergency backup code (bypasses all security)                                |
| **Security Email** | Backup email attached to the account                                         |
| **Sec Email Pass** | Password to access the Security Email inbox                                  |
| **Secret Key**     | The 2FA secret — paste into [zyger.net/2fa](https://zyger.net/2fa) for codes |

## Normal Login

    Open [login.live.com](https://login.live.com)

  <Step title="Enter Email">
    Paste the **Email** from your delivery, click **Next**
  </Step>

  <Step title="Enter Password">
    Paste the **Password** exactly, click **Sign in**

  </Step>

  <Step title="Get 2FA Code">
    Open [zyger.net/2fa](https://zyger.net/2fa) in a new tab.

    Paste your **Secret Key**. A 6-digit code appears (refreshes every 30 seconds).

  <Step title="Enter 2FA Code">
    Copy the 6-digit code, paste into Microsoft's prompt, click **Verify**

    <Warning>Codes refresh every 30 seconds. If the timer is low, wait for a fresh one.</Warning>

## If 2FA is Asked First

Sometimes Microsoft asks for the code before the password. Same process, different order:

1. Enter email → Next
2. Get code from zyger.net → Enter it
3. Then enter password

## If Email Verification is Required

Sometimes Microsoft sends a code to the Security Email instead of asking for 2FA.

    Login with **Security Email** + **Sec Email Pass**

    Look for an email from Microsoft with a verification code. Copy it.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Enter the Code">
    Paste it back into Microsoft's prompt, continue with login
  </Step>

## Password Reset

If the password doesn't work, you can reset it:

  <Step title="Enter Email">
    Enter the account's **Email** (not Security Email), click **Next**
  </Step>

  <Step title="Select Email Option">
    Choose to send a code to the Security Email
  </Step>

  <Step title="Get Code from Inbox">
    Log into the Security Email inbox, find the Microsoft email, copy the code
  </Step>

  <Step title="Complete 2FA">
    Enter 2FA code from zyger.net when prompted
  </Step>

  <Step title="Set New Password">
    Create a new password. **Save it!**
  </Step>
