# Replacements

> How to replace a banned alt within the 1-hour window

Every alt has a **1-hour replacement window** from the moment it's delivered. Within that window, if the alt is banned on its category (a Hypixel Unbanned alt banned on Hypixel, a Donut Unbanned alt banned on Donut), you can trigger an automatic replacement.

## How to Replace

    Go to [Dashboard](https://mogalts.win/dashboard) → **History**
  </Step>

  <Step title="Find the Order">
    Locate the order. Eligible orders show a red **Replace** button on the right
  </Step>

  <Step title="Click Replace">
    Click it. Within seconds a fresh account from the same category is delivered
  </Step>

  <Step title="Done">
    The original entry's status flips to `replaced` and the button disappears
  </Step>

## Eligibility Rules

<Check>Within 1 hour of original delivery</Check>
<Check>First-time replacement for that order only</Check>
<Check>Ban must match the category you bought</Check>
<Check>The cookie must work — replacements only cover bans</Check>

<Warning>
  **The hour is firm.** After it expires the Replace button is gone and we can't reissue. Test your alt on the target server as soon as you get it.
</Warning>

## What Doesn't Qualify

* **Hypixel Banned alts** — The ban is the feature. Can't be replaced for being banned.
* **Dead cookies** — A cookie that doesn't log in is not a replacement issue
* **Bans on wrong server** — Hypixel Unbanned banned on some random server doesn't qualify
* **After 1 hour** — No exceptions
